How we helped Seabrook Crisps

This household name required a video conferencing system, projector, plasma screens and interactive whiteboard for a new boardroom used for small strategic meetings of 12 to 15 people.

Our customer's requirements:

This was a complex supply and installation project. The boardroom was 7 metres squared and high, in a newly converted building with two glass walls, one partial glass wall, a brick wall with window and a concrete floor. The client specified a projector screen, flanked by two plasma screens, which could act as video conferencing monitors, so presentations were visible from any seat in the room. A fully interactive, integrated system, for PC presentations, video conferencing and TV was required.

Our solution:

Instead of an interactive whiteboard we proposed two 42" Hitachi plasma screens, one of which had an interactive touch-sensitive overlay, so that images could be displayed on the projector screen and plasma screens. This would mean the presenter did not obscure any of the presentation while interacting with the board.
